✿ How it works

Which trees do you supply?Nordmann firs (Abies nordmanniana): the non-drop tree, soft-needled and full, cut fresh for the season. Sizes run from 4 ft to 20 ft, from a small office to a double-height reception.

When do you deliver, and when should we book?From mid-November, Monday to Friday, across central and south-west London. Slots go in date order and the tallest trees go first, so book by early November for a first-week delivery.

What is included in the price?The tree, hire of an irrigated stand, delivery, installation in the spot you choose, collection in January and recycling. A decorated tree adds the dressing in your scheme, warm-white lights, and the decorations are hired and taken away with the tree.

Decorated or undecorated — what is the difference?Decorated: we dress it in one of the twelve schemes, or your own colours, lights on, ready for the morning. Undecorated: we deliver, stand and install it and you dress it yourselves (tree lights are £30).

Can we have our own colours?Yes. Pick a scheme above or name your brand colours in the order and we match them; most can be accommodated. If you would like a suggestion, we can visit and advise.

What do you need from us on the day?Where the tree stands, the access route (goods entrance, lifts, stairs, door widths) and the hours we can work in. We deliver before the building opens where needed. Allow about a foot of ceiling height above the tree for the stand and the topper.

How do we order?Choose above and press Order this tree to pay by card at checkout, or press Order on account and we invoice your company. Prices are ex VAT; VAT at 20% is added at checkout or on the invoice.

More than one tree, or over 12 ft?Call Anthony or James on 020 7701 4272 and we will plan the delivery with you, including a site visit for the tallest trees.

How do we look after it?The irrigated stand keeps the tree drinking; top the water up once a week and keep it away from radiators. A tree that drops is replaced.

What happens after Christmas?We collect in January, take the decorations away with the tree and recycle it. Nothing for you to do.

Are you approved to work in our building?Yes. Flowers by Flourish is SafeContractor approved; risk assessments and method statements are available on request, and the lights are PAT tested.

You can select your own colour scheme for your Christmas trees decorations, most can be accommodated. Alternatively we can come and visit you to make a suggestion as to what we think would work best.
