    Questions about building your own bouquet

    Can I build my own bouquet online?

    Yes. Tick the foliage and flowers you want, choose how many stems of each, pick a delivery day and add it to your basket - we wrap exactly what you chose, or tick Make my bouquet for me and our florists will arrange it for you.

    Which flowers can I choose?

    What is fresh in our London cold store today, so the list changes as stock comes in and goes out. When pre-order is open you can also choose from the wider list we buy in fresh, for later delivery days.

    How many stems can I choose?

    Any of 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 12, 15, 20 or 25 stems of each flower - from our fridge, up to what we have in stock today. Eucalyptus is chosen by the bunch. There is no minimum.

    How much does a custom flower bouquet cost?

    You pay for the stems you choose at today's price for each, plus the usual delivery. The total builds as you choose.

    When will my bouquet be delivered?

    On the day you choose, from tomorrow onwards. Flowers from our fridge go out on the earliest days; a pre-order goes out from the first day shown on the Pre-order side. Same-day delivery is not offered for a bouquet you build yourself.

    Can I add a vase and a card message?

    Yes - tick the glass vase and write your message; we write it by hand on our card. Tick Make my bouquet for me and our lovely florists will create an Elegant Bouquet with your selection.

    Can I use a discount code?

    Discount codes and delivery offers do not apply to a bouquet you make yourself - the price you see for each stem is the price you pay.
