These arrived in good time, perfectly packaged and in full bloom, as requested. Sunflowers had been expressly requested and I was delighted that Flowers by Flourish could provide them, although they are not in season for another month at least. Brilliant service.

A day late, but we’re in a pandemic and less than a week until Christmas, the mail is bogged down. Which is outside of their control. Even with the delay, the flowers showed up healthy and beautiful. So excited because I bought these for myself as a self love practice. So pleased with them.

Only suggestion, would be for the website. There are price breakdowns for bouquets, but I was unable to find a size comparison to price on the website, which meant that I was buying blind. This could leave some disappointed, as they may think the price point deserves more stems. If this is in the site, making it more intuitive to locate would be a major plus.

I purchased a flower subscription from Flowers by Flourish. The flowers I wanted were out of season but this was communicated to me promptly and alternative options were provided. Although the ordering process was relatively simple. The item i was after was a bouquet of Sunflowers. On the order you could choose between paying £30 -£60, but no description of what the difference was. So i placed an order for the £30 pound version, when they arrived i was happy as they are not obviously in season in the UK, so yep had to take a hit of 6 sunflowers for £30, i was ok with that as the wife was over the moon, that i had managed to get some, as they are the only flowers she likes.
However what i am not happy with, is even though i have used the food for the plants, they have only lasted 4-5 days, which when you are paying the money i have (appreciate they have come in from abroad), they had all wilted, shut up there flowers, maybe im wrong but i was expecting them to last longer.
So the thanks to the team @flourish, they picked up the fact i had still not received the flowers, they were great, they kindly sent me another bouquet of 10 flowers, which are in much better condition than the original purchase and 4 more. They had a great customer service representative who was very thorough and full of apologises, explaining they were just starting up, so taking that into account i wish them well.

Lovely but late and off colour

Fairly priced flowers which were sent as a gift, we were sent a picture of these and they looked lovely and fresh. I have rated down as they were delivered the day after the requested delivery date. Also I specifically ordered these flowers as they were blue (there was a meaning behind this) but the flowers were purple which was a shame. They did make up for it by tying a nice blue ribbon around them, but it did make the lack of blue in the flowers even more obvious.

Once the flowers arrived they were poor quality. Most of them.looked dead. Customer service personnel were very polite & helpful but flowers were a disappointment.

Your flowers are very poor compared to similarly priced competitors. I wouldn't buy them again. They are garish and small.

I still haven’t received my order for my subscription so can’t rate the service as anything better that 1 star.
