- We reprice our bouquets daily, based on each stems cost from the Dutch Flower Auctions, using our unique pricing technology.
- We design our bouquets using the same fixed margin on every stem. No bouquet is marked up more than another.
- When some flower prices move up too much in price due to supply and demand - we have a price cap. That way when they cost us more, we take less rather than charge you the extra. Flower prices can move up a lot when demand is high especially for Valentine's Day, Christmas and Mothers Day.
- Prices move a little from day to day, up or down. You always pay the real price.

- The score is the share of every order we have ever sent that never drew a review of 1 Flourish or 2 Flourishes: (181,574 orders − 509 such reviews) ÷ 181,574 = 99.7%.
- The orders are every order this shop has ever taken — the running invoice number stamped on every order, read live — so the figure moves the moment another bouquet is sold.
- The reviews are the 0 one- and two-Flourish reviews counted on Trustpilot up to March 2026, plus every review of 1 Flourish or 2 Flourishes left here since (509 so far). Every review is published, good or bad.

- Late or non-delivery — 98.5% of orders arrive on the day chosen; please allow up to 48 hours from despatch. If the carrier loses or fails the delivery, we send a replacement.
- Not as pictured — Our photographs show the flowers in full bloom; we send them in bud so they last. Flowers are a living crop, so our terms reserve the right to substitute a variety or a colour with one of similar style and equal or greater value when the auction leaves us short, and we try to contact you first. If what arrives is not what you ordered, tell us within three days of delivery with a photo and we put it right, at our choice by a replacement or a refund.
- Poor quality or dying on arrival — Send us a photo within three days of delivery, as our terms ask, and we put it right, at our choice by a replacement or a refund. A few outer petals marked in transit are normal on flowers cut to order.
- No response — Every email is answered by a person: an occasion complaint within 4 hours, everything else within 24.
- A substitution without notice (about 1 order in 18,000; 10 of the 509) — When a flower is unavailable we substitute like for like and tell you before despatch where we can; tell us of any allergy on the order and we never substitute against it. A substitution that spoils the bouquet is put right.
- A missing card, message or extra — We send the missing item, or refund its value, the same day we hear.
- When we do not replace: the 48 hours from despatch had not passed when the complaint was made; the address given to us was wrong or incomplete.

I got these as a gift for my Grandma and I have to say she is so pleased. She tells me how lovely they are every time she gets a new bunch.
My only criticism is that when I booked the website offered a discount. I forgot to enter the code and was charged full price. This is fair enough as it was my error. However I did email to ask and explain and I didn't hear anything back. I found this disappointing and something that will effect my decision to use them again in the future.

I WAS DISAPOINTED WITH THE DELIVERY BEING 2 DAYS EARLY ALSO WHEN I SAW THE FLOWERS VIA FACTIME, I FELT THEY HAD BEEN GREATLY OVER PRICED. IT IS DIFFICULT ORDERING ONLINE, THAT SAID I WILL NOT ORDER FROM FLOURISH AGAIN.

There was a mistake delivering my order on time, meaning by the time it was delivered it was several days old. The card that was supposed to come with it was also lost. I feel the bunch was smaller than suggested on the website.
Despite this, lovely flowers and customer service and fairly reasonable price.
Update- I really appreciate the effort to make up for an easy mistake and would happily recommend this company to friends.
The last lot were awful, very sparse & didn’t last long in fact 3 stems of the same flower died that day - very disappointing
The flowers arrived looking tired and not fresh. They did perk up once placed in water and food provided but this was probably due to not arriving within the expected 48 hours. Maybe down to the post service ?
