Our Prices Explained
- We reprice our bouquets daily, based on each stems cost from the Dutch Flower Auctions, using our unique pricing technology.
- We design our bouquets using the same fixed margin on every stem. No bouquet is marked up more than another.
- When some flower prices move up too much in price due to supply and demand - we have a price cap. That way when they cost us more, we take less rather than charge you the extra. Flower prices can move up a lot when demand is high especially for Valentine's Day, Christmas and Mothers Day.
- Prices move a little from day to day, up or down. You always pay the real price.

Flowers are a living crop, so our terms reserve the right to substitute a variety or a colour with one of similar style and equal or greater value when the auction leaves us short, and we try to contact you first. If what arrives is not what you ordered, tell us within three days of delivery with a photo and we put it right, at our choice by a replacement or a refund.
- Poor quality or dying on arrival — Send us a photo within three days of delivery, as our terms ask, and we put it right, at our choice by a replacement or a refund. A few outer petals marked in transit are normal on flowers cut to order.
- No response — Every email is answered by a person: an occasion complaint within 4 hours, everything else within 24.
- A substitution without notice (about 1 order in 18,000; 10 of the 509) — When a flower is unavailable we substitute like for like and tell you before despatch where we can; tell us of any allergy on the order and we never substitute against it. A substitution that spoils the bouquet is put right.
- A missing card, message or extra — We send the missing item, or refund its value, the same day we hear.
- When we do not replace: the 48 hours from despatch had not passed when the complaint was made; the address given to us was wrong or incomplete.

Easy booking process. Competitively priced. I ordered a 3 month subscription as a present for my mum. She will receive the flowers in March so can’t comment yet on the quality. I am expecting good things though as the owner called to discuss how it all works and described the seasonal flowers he would use. Really impressed with the personal touch

Only lasted 2 days.
The flowers arrived the next day, in reasonable shape, so the service itself is very good. Unfortunately, there is only one thing I want of sweet peas, especially at this price, and that is that they smell of sweet peas. Unfortunately these didn’t smell of anything, I even tried them out on my husband who agreed. What a pity, I’d love to be able to buy sweet peas on line
Quite disappointed. Such a small bunch of flowers. Expected them to be a bit bigger.
I received the wrong flowers on the wrong date. Terrible service. And the replacement flowers I did receive looked awful, one had a stem already broke!
As you can see from the photo, nothing like advertised. An ugly little vase holding some set, my wilted flowers that we’re not scented as advertised and stems were too short to even stand up in this tiny little vase, the flowers and vase were not worth the £40 that I paid

Not worth £26 plus posting and packaging
So disappointed. These were Mother’s Day flowers but were delivered on the wrong day - a day earlier than asked for. No message was included so my mother had no idea who they were from. The flowers themselves were small and there just weren’t many of them. Three tulips, three anemones. Just really feeble for a £40 bouquet.
UPDATE: Flourish were really responsive to this review and having seen photos of the bouquet were quick to send a replacement with which the recipient was very pleased.
Disappointed
The Flowers were lovely, but the bouquet was quite small considering I upgraded to medium size.. also the offer had chocolates, which where not included.
Extremely poor customer service. Ordered Flowers and vase for my wife’s 40th Birthday. Flowers arrived but now vase. Contacted Flowers by Flourish by phone several times only to be greater by a voicemail from James (the owner). Also tried to contact them via their online web form but still no reply so ended up escalating via PayPal. Finally got hold of James (the MD) who refused to provide me a refund for the missing vase and blamed the new 18 year old who packs the orders not sending it. James also refused to refund via PayPal and it is still outstanding 2 weeks on.... It’s a shame it put a dampener on my wife’s birthday and that I wasted a couple of hours of her special day chasing this issue without resolve.
As for the product, I ordered a bunch of 20 tulips (my children’s choice) but one was snapped. James put this down to “these things happen in transit” - never had this with Inter flora.
Flowers were dead in 2 days so the quality wasn’t very good.
