• We design our bouquets using the same fixed margin on every stem. No bouquet is marked up more than another.
• When some flower prices move up too much in price due to supply and demand - we have a price cap. That way when they cost us more, we take less rather than charge you the extra. Flower prices can move up a lot when demand is high especially for Valentine's Day, Christmas and Mothers Day.
• Prices move a little from day to day, up or down. You always pay the real price.

• Poor quality or dying on arrival (about 1 order in 1,600; 113 of the 755) — Send us a photo within three days of delivery, as our terms ask, and we put it right, at our choice by a replacement or a refund. A few outer petals marked in transit are normal on flowers cut to order.
• No response (about 1 order in 5,500; 33 of the 755) — Every email is answered by a person: an occasion complaint within 4 hours, everything else within 24.
• A substitution without notice (about 1 order in 26,000; 7 of the 755) — When a flower is unavailable we substitute like for like and tell you before despatch where we can; tell us of any allergy on the order and we never substitute against it. A substitution that spoils the bouquet is put right.
• A missing card, message or extra (about 1 order in 12,000; 15 of the 755) — We send the missing item, or refund its value, the same day we hear.
• When we do not replace: the 48 hours from despatch had not passed when the complaint was made; the address given to us was wrong or incomplete.
