Our Prices Explained
- We reprice our bouquets daily, based on each stems cost from the Dutch Flower Auctions, using our unique pricing technology.
- We design our bouquets using the same fixed margin on every stem. No bouquet is marked up more than another.
- When some flower prices move up too much in price due to supply and demand - we have a price cap. That way when they cost us more, we take less rather than charge you the extra. Flower prices can move up a lot when demand is high especially for Valentine's Day, Christmas and Mothers Day.
- Prices move a little from day to day, up or down. You always pay the real price.

Flourish Satisfaction Score Explained
- The score is the share of every order we have ever sent that never drew a review of 1 Flourish or 2 Flourishes: (181,818 orders − 509 such reviews) ÷ 181,818 = 99.7%.
- The orders are every order this shop has ever taken — the running invoice number stamped on every order, read live — so the figure moves the moment another bouquet is sold.
- The reviews are the 0 one- and two-Flourish reviews counted on Trustpilot up to March 2026, plus every review of 1 Flourish or 2 Flourishes left here since (509 so far). Every review is published, good or bad.
- The main reasons for a review of 1 Flourish or 2 Flourishes, and what we do about each. 509 such reviews across 181,818 orders is about 1 order in 360 — 99.7% never drew one.
- Late or non-delivery — 98.5% of orders arrive on the day chosen; please allow up to 48 hours from despatch. If the carrier loses or fails the delivery, we send a replacement.
- Not as pictured — Our photographs show the flowers in full bloom; we send them in bud so they last. Flowers are a living crop, so our terms reserve the right to substitute a variety or a colour with one of similar style and equal or greater value when the auction leaves us short, and we try to contact you first. If what arrives is not what you ordered, tell us within three days of delivery with a photo and we put it right, at our choice by a replacement or a refund.
- Poor quality or dying on arrival — Send us a photo within three days of delivery, as our terms ask, and we put it right, at our choice by a replacement or a refund. A few outer petals marked in transit are normal on flowers cut to order.
- No response — Every email is answered by a person: an occasion complaint within 4 hours, everything else within 24.
- A substitution without notice (about 1 order in 18,000; 10 of the 509) — When a flower is unavailable we substitute like for like and tell you before despatch where we can; tell us of any allergy on the order and we never substitute against it. A substitution that spoils the bouquet is put right.
- A missing card, message or extra — We send the missing item, or refund its value, the same day we hear.
- When we do not replace: the 48 hours from despatch had not passed when the complaint was made; the address given to us was wrong or incomplete.

What customers say
Flowers where everything I had hoped they would be.
These are my recipient’s favourite flowers and she was delighted with them. Haven’t seen them myself but was very pleased with the prompt delivery (less than 24 hrs) and the fact that I was able to choose number of stems to suit my price bracket.
Sweet peas beautiful presentation with a lovely perfume
They were lovely
Great bouquets & great service. My wife loved them throughout the year so just renewed for a 2nd year.
This is my second purchase of a plant…
This is my second purchase of a plant by subscription and I must say I am over the moon,, super fast well packaged delivery and a beautiful healthy plant in a gorgoeus pot every time,, I would highly recommend.
Ordered as a present, the owner phoned me up to check details and make a suggestion to get the best results.
First ones have now been delivered and are great.
bouquet arrived in perfect condition. The simple vase was a very suitable shape to display the sweet pea stems beautifully.
However I was disappointed by the fact that the blooms were all the same colour and type, a blousy frilly variety, bit like Can Can girls knickers! - that worst of all had no discernable scent at all. Quality and delivery absolutley fine, probably my mistake leaving the choice to others and not seeking out sweet peas that had scent and a mixture of colours. (lack of scent really the issue for me though).
Beautiful
Not quite as advertised due to seasonal nature of sweetpea
Cannot give a review of the product as arrived completely dead
I was very disappointed when I saw the flowers - they were very puny stems and looked past their best. If this was the only quality of sweet pea available, I would rather have been told they were now out of season. I was frustrated that I had paid £40 for them.
Sweetpeas were received a day late then wilted and shrivelled within 24 hours of opening.

- ★ Chrysanthemums → Architectural and richly coloured. The longest-lasting cut flower we sell — easily two to three weeks. This month from: Netherlands + UK — full peak
- Anemones → Striking jewel-tone centres with petals like silk. The drama-flower of winter and early spring. This month from: Italy + Israel glasshouse
- Freesia → Possibly the most fragrant flower we stock. A small bunch will perfume an entire room. This month from: Netherlands + Guernsey — autumn peak
- Hydrangea → Lush, voluminous heads in soft summer shades. One stem is a statement; a bunch is unforgettable. This month from: Netherlands + UK tailing off
- Iris → Sculptural elegance on a slender stem. Beautiful enough to inspire centuries of painters. This month from: Netherlands glasshouse — autumn return
