HOW MUCH ARE THE BOUQUETS IN YOUR PRODUCT IMAGES?

This range of photos demonstrate our most popular price point. All the bouquets are worth £25.00.

If you would like to spend a little less the £20 bouquets use the the same flowers with a few less stems and the larger ones from £30 upwards are the same with a few more stems.

MAY I PREPAY FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?

BOUQUET SIZE GUIDE

Flourish aim to offer our subscribers excellent value for money throughout the seasons. Although the value of each stem varies, below is an approximate stem count for our mixed bouquets. For our single variety bouquets (e.g Roses or lilies), we sell these flowers at prices between £1.50 and £4.00 per stem depending on the variety. We always aim to buy our flowers at the best prices from the Dutch Flower Auctions, so that we can pass on this value for money to our customers.

WHAT FLOWERS ARE SENT IN A WEEKLY ORDER?

Flourish design beautiful arrangements each week using seasonal flowers, bought at the Dutch Flower Auctions. We try to vary the designs as much as possible. If you have any favourite flowers or requests, please let us know.

HOW ARE THE FLOWERS DELIVERED?

We send our bouquets Nationwide in our excellent flower boxes with either Royal Mail or with our courier firm Trans Express. We wrap the flowers in water bags to keep them fresher for longer. If you need a vase you may order one at checkout.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER IF I AM AWAY?

DISCOUNT CODE TERMS & CONDITIONS

13.1 All subscription discount codes are subject to our minimum orders (detailed below).

13.1.1 AVAILABLE SUBSCRIPTION DISCOUNT CODES:
FIRST4: Entitles users to a 50% discount on the following – Your first 4 weekly deliveries, your first 2 fortnightly deliveries and the first of your monthly deliveries.
FORT: Entitles users to a 50% discount on the following – Your first 2 fortnightly deliveries.
MONTH: Entitles users to a 50% discount on the following – The first of your monthly deliveries.

13.2 We offer our discount codes in good faith and as a result require the following minimum number of orders per discount usage per user before cancellation:

13.2.1 FIRST4 FLEXIBLE USE DISCOUNT CODE: This code may be used for weekly, fortnightly and monthly deliveries.

13.3 If a customer cancels their subscription before they have paid for the minimum number of deliveries as per their respective offer codes then Flowers by Flourish Ltd will recoup the full amount of the discount retrospectively in addition to £10 cancellation charge.
If a customer has only had one discounted delivery and then cancels, we will recoup the discount applied to that delivery and a £10 cancellation charge. If there have been 2 deliveries then we will recoup 2 discounts and apply a single £10 cancellation charge.
If there have been 3 deliveries then we will recoup 3 discounts and apply a single £10 cancellation charge.
If there have been 4 deliveries we will recoup 4 discounts and apply a single £10 cancellation charge

PAYMENT QUERIES

Flowers by Flourish Ltd (“FBF”) supply ongoing weekly, fortnightly & monthly flower subscriptions to customers all over the United Kingdom.

Below you will find some FAQs explaining how the transactions work, how we securely store you payment details and important information about how to cancel your subscription.

FBF use an open source e-commerce payment software known as WooCommerce which is designed for small to large-sized online merchants using WordPress.

Our website allows customers to subscribe to a regular flower delivery service.

Customers, who subscribe, sign up for their initial commitment and pay for their first order at checkout (we do operate a small number of up front payment subscriptions too).

Subsequent orders / invoices are then generated each time by our website which “triggers” a payment from either your Credit / Debit card or your PayPal account.

We do not store your payment details on our website.

Your payment details are stored in a secure online vault which is operated by Global Payments and is known as Global Iris.

CANCELLATION: If you would like to cancel your subscription at any time this is easy. Once you have completed your initial commitment period, all you have to do is cancel via the “My Account” section on our website or send us an email to request cancellation.

Royal Mail Delivery

Royal Mail is currently running a restricted service. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 48 HOURS FOR DELIVERY. Choose delivery the day before for a special occasion. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following working day. WE DO NOT DELIVER ON SUNDAYS OR MONDAYS. Christmas Delivery Dates: Final Dispatch Day before Christmas 22/12/2020. 23/12/2020 – 03/01/2021 No Royal Mail Dispatch. 04/01/2021 – Flower Dispatch Resumes.
