Recently took out a subscription for flowers to send to my mum. Received a phone call from the owner welcoming me on board and describing how it all happens. Very friendly person. My mum received the first bouquet yesterday and she is over the moon. Let's hope the future bouquets are as beautiful.

Unfortunately the flowers were delivered after the scheduled date and quite withered.

Awful, one picture is what is advertised, the other is what I got. Although it does do them justice, they lasted three days most of the flowers didn't bloom beyond what's in the picture.
I emailed:
The order arrived today and am sorry to say how dossapointing they are. Dry, browning around the leaves and flowers straight out of the box, and nothing like the picture on your website some of the greenery is totally absent. You have left me wishing I had just gone to the supermarket instead of trying gor something extra special. Please see the two attached photos and a screenshot from your website to compare. Where I do not now have the time to return and replace them, I do expect some kind of refund as an outcome. I do not want vouchers or credit as I will not be using flourish again.

Totally gaslighting their way out of my complaint. I expect is their 'Management' style. Very unprofessional and toxic.

Would not recommend, very misleading. £62 on a bouquet of peonies to only receive 2 stems of peony in a whole bouquet, of which one was suffering already with petals falling off before my partner had been given it. Stay clear, use your hard earned money elsewhere.

Overpriced and underwhelming. They only lasted a few days before starting to wilt too.

That is the picture from their website the actual bunch looks completely different. The picture I posted is what they class as a £40+ bunch of flowers

Did not arrive

Disgraceful experience. Will never use again!
Ordered flowers for a friends birthday in Spain. After more than a month waiting I emailed to check delivery only to discover my order had been missed, these things happen.
I was then assured it was on its way. No problem I thought.
Only to discover two days later it had been missed a second time. Yet was also told it had been posted, whilst being asked if I would like it to be dispatched simultaneously???

Totally confused by the whole ordeal, and with such blatant lack of empathy and concern for the situation I demanded a full refund.

This mix up was only sorted after me contacting them each time. With obviously no priority marked for my missed order.

Would strongly advise against using this service in the future. They need some serious training on customer service.

Very disappointed with Longiflorum lillies. A lot of them didnt open fully and they had no perfume. I won't bother to order again!

Ordered 12 golden roses for my Nan and grandads 50th wedding anniversary as a surprise to be delivered on the day. They didn’t turn up until 2 days later so we had to tell them in the end. Not ideal but I understand it’s close to Christmas so that’s fair enough but when they finally arrived two flowers were wilting and brown and some of the leaves on the other flowers were starting to go brown. Was told to just ‘pick the dead petals off’ but they went straight to the recipient who had to open them like that so wasn’t a nice gift to receive for their anniversary. Not impressed and won’t be buying again.

I brought some tulips from last Monday for delivery on wednesday. By friday morning they still hadn't turned up and the recipient had by then left the address to return after the weekend. I then sent an email asking if they could re arrange the date but no reply. I wont be buying from you again.

this is not service but manipulation as per your convenience.

Rather ask for more money if you want instead of fooling the customers.

Highly disappointed considering the price I paid for these. Only received a few actually flowers and some of them were snapped when I received them. I had to go out and purchase my own flowers to fill up the bouquet, I would not have expected to have to do this. I have contacted them to raise a complaint but once again I have heard nothing. Very small bouquet for the price.

Delivery late by two day’s and bunch was tiny

Flowers were bad quality and didn’t keep at all well. Arrived on Tuesday afternoon, were in bin Thursday evening. Elements of bouquet were drooping and discolouring within a day. Expect better for the amount paid. Won’t be using again.
