I have used FBF for some time and decided a regular flower subscription bought more Birthday cheer to my mum every month of the year than one bigger present or bouquet which would come and go. This year went for their seasonal selection at £20 per month. The quality of flowers so far every month has been fantastic as has the selection made by the staff. My mum is so happy when she gets a new surprise every month and delights in sending me a picture of the new blooms as they open up. Thank you for such great quality and service and also the personal attention I received when I had issues renewing my subscription in January when the main owner himself took ownership of my problem and personally ensured my needs were met, what service and he even remembered I was an existing customer with no prompting after giving my name.. Thank you and please keep up the high standards as it will maintain dividends in customer loyalty. Highly recommended.

A little disappointed

As a positive, the flowers and champagne arrived on time for my wife's birthday. I was however very disappointed with the size of the bouquet of flowers and three days since delivery a stem of the smaller flowers are turning brown before the Lillie's have started flowering.
Having spent over £100 on the order (after discount), I do not feel I got value for money.

The flowers were not great. Didn’t last long and a couple of droopy flowers which never recovered.

Ordered for xmas was advised last delivery was 20th so when they did not arrive called and was told well they have been dispatched arrived on 21st and lillies already opened so don't anticipate they will last much longer so bit disappointed that what should have been perfect xmas gift was not what anticipated. I have had 3 bouquets, subscribe fortnightly. First 2 were stunning and lasted well. The 3rd bouquet was lovely, nice flowers. Some of the tulips had bolted. James did phone me and we had a lovely chat, not just about flowers. Unfortunately the rest of the flowers only lasted a few days. Hopefully the next one will be better and last like the first 2 did. Sadly the flowers didn’t arrive on the selected delivery day and were therefore not as fresh as hoped. The company were quick to answer my e-mail but only to pass the blame to Royal Mail. No offer of refund to delivery charge, flowers or even goodwill gesture (such as a voucher). After researching where to buy flowers from and choosing them I will sadly now look elsewhere

Usually really lovely flowers that I have sent to my mother in law each month during lock down however this months arrived late in the day & have a few broken flowers in the bouquet & some are going brown round the edge of the petals.

Arrived in terrible condition 2 days later than paid for postage date. As these were for an anniversary I was extremely upset and disappointed.
Will not use and do not recommend this company.

I opted for this site as the product I chose was said to be delivered on the same day.
Upon making payment I did not receive any confirmation as when the product will be delivered nor was I given any tracking details. Nowhere in the receipt it was mentioned that the delivery date will next day.

I felt the website doesn’t communicate well. The receipt doesn’t show clear info of when the product will be delivered.
We do not see much differentiation in different categories such as products with and without subscription.

The replacement arrived wilted and no where near represented what I paid for them.

Customer service not great.
Mishape with the address I put wrong house number in and they were delivered to a neighbour and I hadn’t been informed of this.
So almost a week late I’m £45 down and no flowers!! I had to chase and contact them to found out the whereabouts.
Wouldn’t recommend.

They were meant to arrive Wednesday but hadn’t arrived by Friday when I flew to Slovenia. I’m expecting dead flowers on the doorstep when I arrive home.

Quite frankly I was disappointed with the flowers as soon as I received them. My first impression was “the package looks small” they were for my wife on our 50th wedding anniversary. We received 5 bunches of flowers and your flowers were looking sad first. The other flowers that we received were much more healthy than yours. I think a refund would be in order. Got stuck into a three month plant subscription even though I was unhappy with the quality of the plants and asked to cancel after the first plant. The company disregarded my comment, saying they ‘didn’t understand’ and would not cancel my subscription. Would not recommend.
